At the time of booking there is a minimum 50% advanced booking fee required, where upon the other 50% fee shall be paid no later than on the day of the event.

No bookings will be taken without the above being adhered to

Should you need to cancel the cancellation fee is as follows

1 Week prior to the agreed date and time 100%

2 Weeks prior to the agreed date and time 50% of the full amount

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
